Kathmandu. <\/b>The Nepal Bottled Water Industry Association has officially been transformed into a federation, bringing together water entrepreneurs from across the country under a unified umbrella. The announcement was made during the Association\u2019s 14th anniversary celebration held in Dhulikhel.<\/p>\n
Bagmati Province Deputy Speaker Apsara Chapagai attended the event as the chief guest. She congratulated the organization for its transformation into a federation and urged water entrepreneurs to prioritize the proper utilization of water resources while addressing public health concerns.<\/p>\n
Similarly, Kavre District Coordination Committee Chairperson Dipak Gautam emphasized that no living being can survive without water and highlighted the importance of ensuring safe, clean, and quality drinking water.<\/p>\n
In the newly formed federation, Dhruva Gautam<\/strong> has been elected as President. The executive committee includes:<\/p>\n Senior Vice President:<\/strong> Som Prasad Kapri<\/p>\n Vice Presidents:<\/strong> Medhnath Chaulagai (Koshi Province), Dipak Shah (Madhesh Province), Keshav Ghimire (Bagmati Province), Prem Chhetri (Gandaki Province), Sunita Ghimire (Lumbini Province), Parshuram Silwal (Karnali Province), and Kailash Bhatt (Sudurpaschim Province).<\/p>\n Women Vice President:<\/strong> Lila Bhandari<\/p>\n Sectoral Vice President:<\/strong> Bijaya Shrestha (Tanker Association)<\/p>\n Kathmandu Valley Vice President:<\/strong> Gokarna Silwal<\/p>\n Export Vice President:<\/strong> Ganesh Bahadur Bhandari<\/p>\n Other key appointments include:<\/strong><\/p>\n General Secretary:<\/strong> Kamal Adhikari<\/p>\n Deputy General Secretary:<\/strong> Kabindra Koirala (Kaski)<\/p>\n Secretaries:<\/strong> Rupchandra Thapa (Kavre), Mina Dahal (Nawalpur), Narendra Prasad Nyaupane (Kathmandu)<\/p>\n Treasurer:<\/strong> Mohanman Shrestha (Kathmandu)<\/p>\n Deputy Treasurer:<\/strong> Gopi Shivakoti (Kathmandu)<\/p>\n The federation also announced a broad panel of members representing different districts, ensuring inclusive representation from across Nepal.
