Joint Secretary Rhishi Ram Tiwari informed that the celebration will reflect the country\u2019s present political context.<\/p>\n<p>A main committee was formed on August 24 to oversee the nationwide celebrations, marking ten years since the promulgation of Nepal\u2019s Constitution.
