The announcement was made after the rural municipality reached significant milestones in improving sanitation and hygiene in the community, aligning with the fundamental rights outlined in Nepal&#8217;s Constitution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On Sunday, the declaration was made by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dol Prasad Aryal, at a special program held in Dhola, within the municipality. Speaker Aryal praised the local government&#8217;s commitment to sanitation and public health, particularly emphasizing the positive impact of behavior change among the residents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chairman of Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality, Yamnath Danai, highlighted that the status of the first hygienic local level was achieved by meeting various key hygiene and sanitation standards. These included improving personal and public hygiene, ensuring access to safe drinking water, and fulfilling other indicators that contribute to a healthy environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chairman Danai also mentioned that the goal of the rural municipality is to instill a culture of hygiene in the daily lives of citizens. This includes promoting hygiene practices and encouraging positive behavioral changes in the community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The rural municipality has implemented strategic sanitation plans and taken measures to ensure the health and well-being of its residents.
