Kathmandu. The Nepal Bottled Water Industry Association has officially been transformed into a federation, bringing together water entrepreneurs from across the country under a unified umbrella. The announcement was made during the Association’s 14th anniversary celebration held in Dhulikhel.
Bagmati Province Deputy Speaker Apsara Chapagai attended the event as the chief guest. She congratulated the organization for its transformation into a federation and urged water entrepreneurs to prioritize the proper utilization of water resources while addressing public health concerns.
Similarly, Kavre District Coordination Committee Chairperson Dipak Gautam emphasized that no living being can survive without water and highlighted the importance of ensuring safe, clean, and quality drinking water.
In the newly formed federation, Dhruva Gautam has been elected as President. The executive committee includes:

The federation also announced a broad panel of members representing different districts, ensuring inclusive representation from across Nepal. Dharma Nanda Shrestha has been named as the Patron of the Federation.
With organizational structures already expanded to more than 25 districts, the newly formed Nepal Bottled Water Industry Federation aims to strengthen the bottled water sector, safeguard consumer health, and promote sustainable water resource management nationwide.
